Walnut Marshmallow Fudge
This is so simple to make. Just one thing, though, you do have to stir
quite often to keep the mixture from scorching. But even if it does
happen to scorch a bit it won't affect the taste, which is doggone good.
Just beat it pretty good.

4 cups sugar
1-2/3 cup evaporated milk
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1-12 oz chocolate chips
24 large marshmallows
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

In heavy 3 qt saucepan combine sugar, milk and butter. Cook over medium heat,
stirring frequently, to 2340 or until mixture forms soft ball when dropped in
cold water. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallows and vanilla.
Then beat with spoon until all chocolate and marshmallows have been completely melted.
Stir in chopped nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Let cool and cut unto squares.
